What is Transitions?
Transitions is a part of The Arc Lexington with campuses in Mayfield (Fulton County), Cobleskill and Albany. Transitions focuses on building academic skills, life and career skills, and general independence for high school graduates and young adults with autism spectrum disorders and/or other learning disabilities.
What does the Transitions Manager do?
The Transitions Manager oversees the operations and management of both Residential and Education programs for young adults with neurodiversity, to ensure that our Transition students have access to high-quality education and care resulting in success in their careers, higher education and independent living.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required
One year of management experience in a residential setting is required
A valid NYS driver's license with at least two years of driving experience
