This job is responsible for tool and service designs within a technical domain that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies. Key responsibilities include creating infrastructure tools and their integration as a service, facilitating deployment of technical solutions by developing templates, playbooks and automation used during implementation. Job expectations include looking for opportunities to improve efficiency when implementing and maintaining tools/services and embracing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Overview:We are seeking to fill a senior level Linux engineering position. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with Redhat products and a demonstrated record of successful implementations. This position will support the rollout of a Redhat Enterprise Linux with multiple integrations and automation into monitoring and other systems of record and services. The candidate should have a working knowledge of Redhat Operating system, package management (RPM), process monitoring and utilization, and automation. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks.6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease.7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer. Keep in mind that the many job searchers will not send a follow-up letter. Sending one can become a competitive advantage.
