If you are focused on results, dedicated to quality, strength and integrity, and possess the drive to succeed, then we are your employer of choice.At Regions, the Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist conducts inbound and outbound calls to resolve the delinquency status of past due customer accounts.Primary ResponsibilitiesCalls customers about early delinquency account statusesWorks with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest lossesImplements repayment plans as necessary and collects delinquent paymentsEnsures that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completedMay contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentationThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDApplicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the positionSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail orientedProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong customer service skillsStrong organization skillsTraining:

Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (CST)Following training:

Must be able to work 40 hours per weekMonday - Friday between 7:30am-6:00pm+ One night each week until 8:00pm+ One Saturday a month from 8:00am - 12:00pm (noon)This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.Job Range Target:Minimum:

$34,400.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:
