If you are focused on results, dedicated to quality, strength and integrity, and possess the drive to succeed, then we are your employer of choice.At Regions, the Change Management Analyst plans and monitors smaller scale change management projects and directs specific portions of larger scale projects with limited supervision.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecommends and develops strategies for implementing appropriate internal changes or responding to external changesPerforms system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management and computer operationsWorks with subject matter experts to gain a clear understanding of how change will impact current processes and outputsCreates and monitors actionable deliverables for project teamsCompletes impact analysis of proposed changes through documentation of current processes and proposed solutionsManages a backlog of operational changes and prioritizes effectsInforms identified stakeholders of upcoming changesMay lead functional teams or projects, while providing guidance to less experienced associatesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related work experienceOR High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of related work experienceSkills and CompetenciesAdvanced analytical/problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsPossesses in-depth knowledge of each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes in software applications and systemsSolid understanding of applicable systemsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivation, with ability to multi-taskLocation:

Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
