It's also about the right timing, understanding that, more often than not, a rolling-up-your-sleeves attitude is what it takes to make things done, but most important of all you have a strong desire to make an impact in other people's lives.The Role:As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Manager and work alongside a team of 4-5 engineers. Your main focus will be developing and enhancing the customer-facing web applications that define the CookUnity experience. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver smooth and dynamic user interfaces that engage our customers.Our Frontend Stack:Languages:

AWS, DataDog, SegmentAgile MethodologyResponsibilities:Architect and implement new features on the CookUnity web platform using ReactJS and NextJS.Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.Ensure consistent and responsive design across different devices and browsers.Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend functionality with backend APIs.Contribute to the development of design systems and reusable components.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and incorporate them as necessary.Participate in the code review process and mentor junior engineers.Help improve test coverage and automate frontend testing using tools like Jest and Cypress.Required Qualifications:You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on frontend development.Strong expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, and Redux.Experience with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Experience with performance optimization techniques and responsive design.Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to work closely with design teams.Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.Passionate about delivering a great user experience and solving complex technical challenges.Benefits:Get paid in USD, Crypto, Euro, ARS.
