Urology Leadership Opportunity on the Gulf Coast

Two premier health systems in the state of Alabama, UAB Medicine and Infirmary Health, have come together to improve patient outcomes for our state by developing a Department of Urology/ Urologic Oncology as part of the comprehensive Academic partnership agreement.
Position Overview:This is a non-tenure earning, full clinical position within the Department of Urology at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine with employment through University of Alabama Health System Foundation. The goal is to recruit 4-6 Urologists under the leadership of a newly recruited Chief of Urology. The complement of recruited Physicians will include General Urologists, Cancer Urologists, and other Urologic subspecialties needed for Infirmary Health.
Location:This group will be located in Mobile, AL, which is a historic, mid-sized city located 30 minutes from the white sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
Qualifications:Board certified Urologists and those completing fellowships & practicing physicians with clinical or academic experience are encouraged to apply.
