This unique opportunity allows you to design an S/4 RISE latest technology system while gaining new SAP skills.The post holder will be an expert in Production & Production Planning with a good knowledge of Plant Maintenance, responsible for delivering system services, enhancements, and projects principally in Production. This will require proactive collaboration with other business functions and third parties to ensure ongoing system integrity and stability, enabling businesses to operate efficiently and cost-effectively.Key Responsibilities:Provide Business Analysis support to ensure the appropriate development of systems and business processes.Perform Configuration of the SAP systems using the PP and PM modules.Conduct testing and develop test scenarios, including automation of testing.Monitor PP/PM issues and rectify any issues through collaboration with Acetyls functions, third parties, and other IT functions.Analyze, assess, and document business requirements, compiling functional & technical specifications to propose ERP solutions.Develop recommendations for businesses on utilizing SAP to improve productivity or reduce costs.Deliver ERP systems enhancements and projects on time and within budget.Provide support for SAP through proactive monitoring and collaboration.Work with support and Infrastructure partners to resolve issues on interfaces and batch jobs.Monitor users’ issues, implement solutions, and follow up to ensure user satisfaction.Coach/train Team Members, Super Users & users on good practices.Participate in Systems Governance and Demand Management.Support SAP Integration definition.Project manage the delivery of projects to time, quality, and cost.Provide cover for and understand the Production components of the SAP environment.Required Profile:Business process (Production/Plant Maintenance) experience in the chemical industry.SAP PP/PM Process modules qualifications preferred.Three successful full life-cycle implementations of SAP PP.Experience with ERP systems and documenting processes preferred.Track record in change management essential.Technical Skills:Knowledge of relevant industry practices and processes.Technical configuration experience in SAP Production and Plant Maintenance essential; Quality Management preferred.Behavioral Skills:Self-motivated with a passion for service delivery and attention to detail.Highly numerate and analytical.Strong networking and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English required; Mandarin is optional.Job Details:Location: Texas City, United StatesDiscipline: ITType: Full-timeBusiness: INEOS AcetylsPosted: 30 August 2024Requisition ID: REQ-2058Clicking this link will take you to an external site where you can continue with your application.
