This position is located at our supplier location in
Wilmington, Massachusetts
Monday through Friday.What you will get to do:As the embedded Technical Lead at our supplier's facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts, you will be an integral part of the Supplier Management Team (SMT), providing support to the supplier and be the front line for NG to support the supplier development, test and manufacturing for this multi-million-dollar project.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 Years of relevant work experience; 10 Years with Masters. 7 years with a PhD.US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Special Access.2 years of experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems.2 years of direct experience with Material Review Boards (MRB)Preferred Qualifications:15 years of experience in design, development, manufacturing or testing areaProven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization.Ability to demonstrate independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Advance degrees and/or certifications a plusAbility to obtain TS/SCI clearance and Sentinel Program AccessThis positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Salary Range:
$150,000 - $225,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
