As a trusted partner to our military customers, we design, develop and operate systems that bring together service members from across the globe to help you train like you fight.Our US Postal Service (USPS) client in Merrifield, VA is seeking an Oracle Database Developer to join our USPS Engineering team.
The work location for this role is Merrifield, VA. The client will consider a hybrid/remote work schedule of 2 days a week remote/3 days onsite once the employee is acclimated to the team and work environment.Responsibilities
Perform WebLogic Administration by managing Oracle WebLogic application and utilities.Install applications on WebLogic, performing upgrades, doing patching and troubleshooting problems.Perform regular maintenance checks, performance tuning and support customer issues.Plan, design, develop, test and deploy applications.Write SQL Queries for application development and report generation.Develop complex database objects like Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages using SQL and PL/SQL.Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.5+ years of Client-Server application development using Oracle 11g/12c/19c.3+ years of WebLogic Administration skills.Extensive Client-Server application development experience using SQL and PL/SQL.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to document design and support needs.The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a sensitive security clearance from USPS.Preferred Requirements
