BIM Lead
is responsible for the successful implementation, development, and management of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technologies on assigned construction projects onsite in
Boise, ID . The BIM Lead will play a pivotal role in integrating these technologies into construction operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project visualization. You will be the go-to expert in building general construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and scanning technologies, overseeing day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion. This role requires strong leadership to manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources effectively, ensuring project goals are met.ZELUS

We're looking for a talented Revit expert to join our dynamic team and help us transform construction through technology!What You'll Do:Lead the implementation and management of BIM/VDC technologies on-site, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.Work closely with all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, to coordinate BIM/VDC efforts.Collaborate with the project team to integrate BIM/VDC into the overall project schedule and workflow, enhancing project visualization, planning, and execution.Utilize Revit, Navisworks and other BIM tools to identify and resolve construction conflicts before they impact the project timeline and budget.Provide training and support to project team members on BIM/VDC technology, ensuring efficient use and understanding across the site.Evaluate, select, and implement new BIM/VDC software and hardware as needed, staying at the cutting edge of technological advancements.Create and manage a comprehensive 3D model database for project coordination, documentation, and quality control.Regularly report BIM/VDC progress, challenges, and solutions to project management and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.Act as the primary point of contact for clients on VDC-related matters, ensuring their expectations are met with professional and timely communication.Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards through the effective use of BIM/VDC tools and practices.What You Bring:Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management as a BIM Lead, BIM Specialist, or BIM Engineer.Proven track record of leading VDC initiatives on large-scale construction projects.Experience with mechanical piping and/or the semiconductor industry.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar BIM tools.Experience with 3D laser scanning and reality capture technologies is highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.This role requires the ability to perform work onsite, Monday - Friday, in Boise, ID.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods.Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing as needed for site inspections.Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and weather conditions, as required by the site.Must be comfortable working in construction site environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and uneven terrain.Why Work with Us?At ZELUS, we combine technology, creativity, and expertise to deliver innovative construction solutions that make a lasting impact.
