Software Engineer
(Level 2) currently residing in
Puerto Rico
to join a dynamic team in delivering custom cloud web applications tailored to meet our aerospace & defense industry customers' needs.This role is based in Puerto Rico, requiring on-site presence, and does not support remote work from any location outside of Puerto Rico. Relocation assistance will not be provided.Core responsibilities include:Engineer maintainable, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate closely with business analysts to identify and address pain points through innovative solutionsChampion a culture of automation and cloud strategies within an agile custom software development teamPerform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues from diagnosis to completionParticipate in build/release processes and supporting infrastructure while taking advantage of opportunities for automationEmbrace new technologies and approaches to solve business problemsU.S. citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Applicants must currently reside in Puerto Rico and be available for on-site work at our Puerto Rico facility, located in Aguadilla, PR.For positions at this level, candidates will typically have a minimum of Three (3) or more years of relevant experience including an education level of Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent additional years of experience in lieu of degree). Security Clearance at a minimum level of Interim Secret is required to Start Work.Basic Qualifications:Experience with software engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.Experience designing enterprise software systems and working on Agile teams.Professional software engineering experience working within JAVA and/or .NET programming languages.Experience working with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).Experience working with Webservices.Desired Skills:Familiarity with cloud technologies.Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).Proficiency in modern JavaScript-based front-end frameworks, preferably Angular.Security Clearance Statement:

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
