Our 13,000+ people are united in a shared purpose to pursue the limitless potential of technology and ingenuity for clients across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.Join Accenture Federal Services to do the work you love in an inclusive, collaborative, and caring community, where you can be empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!Job DescriptionThe Cloud System Architect will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments.Responsibilities:Provide Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests.Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.Provide connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.Provide customer support through chat, email and capacity request ticketing.Must Have:Strong knowledge of cloud solutions included but not limited to AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products.Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.Possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack).9 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.Must work with little to no prescriptive guidance.Nice To Have:Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker.Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby.Security Clearance:Active TS/SCI with polygraphAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here.
