Responsibilities
About the Role: Maintenance ManagerAs a Maintenance Manager at PepsiCo, you’ll lead a team of supervisors and mechanics, driving performance, team development, and quality improvements. You’ll be responsible for ensuring uptime, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness across all shifts. This role involves direct problem-solving on the plant floor, enabling process improvements, and setting the standard in lean manufacturing practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team, ensuring individual and collective goals are met while developing team capabilities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, efficiency, and process optimization.Deliver strong change leadership while focusing on both immediate and long-term performance goals.Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and work closely with suppliers and internal customers.Be a visible presence on the plant floor, supporting your team and resolving issues in real-time.
Qualifications
Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.5+ years in operations maintenance, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
