The PFNA Insights team is designed to deliver End to End insights for the Sector, our Customer Leadership Organization and Marketing teams and drive transformational commercial impact as part of the broader Growth Office cross functional team. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer exciting career development opportunities.In this role, you have an opportunity to make immediate impact in a dynamic and evolving PFNA Insights team working closely with our Commercial Leadership Organization for our Warehouse Foods business. You will be a part of our Channel Strategy and Insights team partnering with the PFNA Warehouse Foods Sales Strategy and Retail Sales teams. You will play a role in creating synthesized and streamlined reporting and analyses across Breakfast, Snacks & Meals categories; integrating and interpreting multiple data sets to enhance decision making internally and with the customer. Your thought leadership will also be critical in bringing category and shopper insight expertise to developing growth solutions and new platforms as well as ensuring customer activation plans are grounded in insights. The insights you develop will guide PFNA Warehouse Foods sales strategy, inform innovation planning, and ensure consumer centricity in our assortment and merchandising initiatives based on how consumers engage in the channel with key goal of driving brand and category performance.Responsibilities:Partner with the Warehouse Sales team to provide shopper/category/competitive insights on total business and priority customers and clearly articulate areas of opportunity and growth.Collaborate with Sales Strategy to develop and deliver business trends analyses including actionable insights and recommendations in support of AOP/JBP processes.Leverage multiple data sources to gain a deep understanding of category and brand dynamics, shopper behavior and identify opportunities across products, geographies, cohorts, and occasions.Lead comprehensive, ongoing assessment of innovation performance with granular insights including awareness, incrementality, trial across target cohorts, and productivity.Develop recommendation and provide thought leadership on gold standard planograms for the PFNA Warehouse business.Develop omni channel reporting to enhance decision making and incorporate new data sources to deliver best in class analytical reporting suite for executive team and cross functional stakeholders.Ability to influence others, collaborate with internal and external customers, and work in a matrixed environment are key to success.Compensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required; MBA a plus3+ years in Category Management or Shopper/Consumer Insights within the Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industryDemonstrated analytical, critical thinking and thought leadership skillsStrong planning/organizing skills; the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously strength in project managementHigh learning agility and curiosity innovative mindset to think creatively on solutions development and problem solvingStrong PC skill set (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI and/or Tableau a plusAdvanced expertise with syndicated data sets (POS, Panel, Customer Loyalty Data) and high facility working with large data setsPassion for illuminating data, shopper understanding and driving commercial impact from shopper understandingStrong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact confidently and effectively with the customer and key stakeholdersCollaboration is essential as this role will work closely with account sales leads, cross-functional teams as well as the retailer directlyMust be willing and able to travel 10-20% of the timeThe position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
