This position is responsible for conducting proactive candidate sourcing and hiring activities to build a pipeline of talent from both within and outside the organization to satisfy talent acquisition needs in a timely manner. Planning and executing the passive candidate sourcing strategy is a key responsibility for this role.The Recruiter will interact with the business, build relationships, and act as a talent advisor to know the internal talent, and be a resource for employees regarding career paths.What You’ll Be Doing As a Corporate Recruiter
Develop relationships within the business to drive internal mobility, and succession planning needs to support the Talent Strategy to promote internal talent first.Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and establish requirements, organizational fit and sourcing strategy.Target “Hard-to-Fill” positions, through networking, and unconventional sourcing methods.Participate in targeted job fairs and trade show events to network with and recruit the top talent in the industry.Sourcing and screening internal and external candidates.Establish relationships with well-qualified candidates, both internal and external and build the pipeline of passive candidates.Employment offer development and negotiation.Support of Veterans & Diverse Candidate initiatives.Applicant tracking and maintenance of appropriate/accurate records for employment federal and state compliance reporting.Skills You Bring To This Role
Experience recruiting a variety of professional and touch labor positions across multiple disciplines.Solid background recruiting for a variety of technical engineering skillsets.Strong ability to proactively search and recruit for candidates internally and externally, with a drive to fill positions with the best talent in a timely manner.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers and desire for strong customer service.Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.What You Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or another related field.2 or more years of experience recruiting at the level referenced above is required.What we offer you in return
