Description

FIRST RF is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Successful candidates are dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment, must be approachable and responsive to a variety of people and issues, and must be an expert in written communication.

Essential Functions

Social MediaWrite and update all marketing campaigns to attract and retain employees and customers through all social media outlets, job boards, and company internal and external webpages.Work with company (and customer) stakeholders to ensure releasability and approval of content.Monitor and respond to social media remarks (e.g., Glassdoor, Google reviews, and LinkedIn).Manage content creation for all job boards: Handshake, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc.

Talent Acquisition:Review and organize job descriptions and help track active and inactive job postings.Perform initial review of all submitted resumes to pass along to hiring managers.Coordinate all travel for interviews with the Office Manager.Schedule all interviews, including initial 30-minute screens, and full, onsite interviews.Collect feedback from individuals that participate in interviews.Manage and organize all interview paperwork including submitted documentation, PayScale reports, and other pertinent information.Process all pre-hire paperwork in Paycom.Support onboarding and orientation processes including processing all I-9s.Give all new hires a tour of the building and provide introductions.

Administration:Support Affirmative Action Plan reporting.Work with the company administrators to refine language for FIRST RF standard operating procedures.Support internship program and coordinate all aspects of the internship with the leads in engineering.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly at a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; however, these hours may vary based on workload and the manager's discretion.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.
