As a Deal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of sales and lease transactions.
Deal Administrator Responsibilities
* Process and review sales and lease paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements.* Verify all financial and contractual information provided by customers and sales representatives.* Calculate and verify sales taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges.* Communicate with finance institutions to secure funding and finalize deals.* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless completion of vehicle sales and lease transactions.* Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales and lease documents.* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to deals and contracts.* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

Qualifications
Deal Administrator Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).* Previous experience in a dealership setting, deal processing, or automotive administration is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of automotive financing and legal regulations is advantageous.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
