Job Title: Automotive Sales/Finance & Insurance Manager

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Sales/Finance & Insurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and ethical operation of the dealership's finance and insurance department. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with dealership policies and state and federal regulations while providing exceptional service to customers seeking financing and insurance solutions for their automotive purchases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of finance, possess excellent communication skills, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Implement dealership policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the sales and finance & insurance department.Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to efficient workflow.Promptly communicate any problem deals to management, seeking guidance and resolution as needed.Address missing stipulations communicated from lenders in a timely manner to facilitate smooth transaction processing.Uphold a standard of professional ethics and respect in all interactions with customers.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline processes and resolve issues effectively.Provide training and supervision to sales staff on changes in regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines, ensuring accuracy and transparency.Never intentionally misrepresent deals or equipment to customers or lenders.Conduct credit interviews, prepare credit applications, and verify the accuracy of all material information before submission to lenders.Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and disclose financial information transparently to customers.Promote and sell credit insurance, service contracts, and ancillary products to customers.Foster and maintain good relations with lenders, staying informed about their programs and evaluating new offerings.Collaborate with lenders to ensure the diligent processing of all deals.Maintain current inventory logs and make recommendations to management regarding inventory management.Assist in moving old inventory and strategize advertising efforts for special finance opportunities.Analyze credit reports proficiently, recognizing conventional deals and handling them accordingly.Correctly cost special finance deals and prepare profit sheets for review.Promptly process and receipt deposits from customers.Additional Responsibilities:
