Summary:
CALM is looking for a driven and dedicated Program Manager (PM) to join its Trauma Treatment/Intensive Family Services (IFS) Department. Based in Santa Maria and reporting to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment, this integral role will plan, organize, and direct the full scope of operational activities within the Childhood Trauma Treatment and Intensive Family Services departments and oversees all clinic operations for their designated region. These departments provide therapeutic services to children and families who have experienced complex trauma and require comprehensive support to achieve stability, or who have been exposed to abuse, neglect, or violence. The program manager oversees the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of these departments ensuring activities are trauma informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with CALM's mission and vision. Duties include coordination of programs and clinical services, administrative and clinical supervision, budget oversight, and compliance with grant and contract requirements.
How you will make an impact:
Oversee the regional clinic and collaborate with other on-site program managers and senior managers to ensure effective day-to-day clinic operations.Provide direction for the TTS team and oversight of clinical services provided.Ensure compliance with all CALM policies and procedures.Recruit, hire, onboard and train staff.Enforce high ethical and legal standards for all clinical practices.Provide administrative supervision and/or clinical supervision to staff.Maintain clinical licensure and certification in departments-specific modalities of treatment.Ensure clinical staff and clinical supervisors are trained in evidence-based treatment modalities within their programs.Assist in establishing and refining measurable performance objectives for each program.Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance/disciplinary actions as needed.Oversee department contracts countywide and collaborate with other managers to ensure contract compliance.Ensure contractual expectations and deliverables are met.Ensure clinical productivity standards are achieved.Supervise collection of program standardized assessments for treatment planning and program evaluation purposes.Monitor program outcomes and support program evaluation efforts to guide continuous quality improvement.Maintain oversight of program expenditures to ensure costs are within the approved budget, and inform necessary budgetary changes, modifications, and priorities. Exercise appropriate cost control measures.Remain current on research and developments in the field of trauma and resilience.Identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.Represent the program in various settings and build effective collaborations with community partners.Compile monthly program performance reports.Provide direct clinical service as needed.Serve on CALM's Leadership Team and attend monthly meetings.Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Compensation & Benefits:

CALM offers a $1-3/hour Spanish-English bilingual stipend to employees that use both languages in their work.
This is an exempt position with a salary range of $89,000-$118,560/year plus a $2,080 bilingual stipend (if full-time). This role includes a $10,000 hiring bonus paid in installments throughout the first year of employment!
The salary range provided denotes the minimum and maximum rates applicable to the position. Factors influencing the placement of newly hired employees within this range include their specific skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and comparison with existing employees in similar roles. Typically, newly hired employees are positioned below the midpoint of the salary range.

LCSW or LMFT from an accredited university or college, with a license for a minimum of two years, or Licensed Psychologist from respective California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.2 - 3 years of prior or related experience as a program manager and/or as a clinical supervisor preferred.Experience working in community mental health and/or working with child welfare preferred.Must have a valid California driver's license, clean DMV record and criminal record clearance from the DOJ.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
