**Job posting: Administrative Assistant 3**
**Duration: 12+ Months contract with high possibility of extension**
**Location: Beckett Ridge OH**
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication on behalf of leadership.
Prepare, proofread, and manage documents, presentations, and reports; handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Support executives in planning and coordinating projects, ensuring milestones are met and priorities are addressed.
Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, office supply management, and other support functions to maintain an efficient office environment.
**Qualifications:**
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative role; prior experience working with executives is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a high degree of professionalism.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
