**Job Description:**
Manpower is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team, working in the Owensboro, KY and Evansville, IN location. This is a 5-6 month assignment, offering a great opportunity to help support both client and associate needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Communicate with clients, colleagues, and visitors via phone, email, and in person.
+ Ablity to maintain a professional demeanor and write clear emails
+ Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
+ Perform data entry
+ Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude.
+ Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc
