National General Contractor looking for experienced Superintendents to lead the build of Manufacturing Plants, Cold Storage, Food & Beverage Processing facilities, and large warehouses.ROLE:Run the job site, manage crews, and keep things moving smoothlyEnsure safety and quality standards are metStay on top of schedules and budgetsCommunicate daily with the project team and handle on-site challengesCoordinate deliveries, materials, and logisticsEXPERIENCE NEEDED:5+ years as a Superintendent in industrial construction (manufacturing, cold storage, food/beverage plants)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage big projects and tight deadlinesBASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+Per Diem/Vehicle or AllowanceTravel Housing Paid ForInsurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)Bonus
