Outstanding demand for Light Industrial facilities continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, with distribution warehouses being at the centre of investment.Estimated at $43.15 billion in 2023, the Cold Storage division is expected to continue expanding at a compound annual rate of 13.5%, with projections reaching $118.84 billion by 2031.Turning over more than $200 million in 2023, based out of Atlanta, GA: our long-term client is seeking to add to their extensive growth with a highly skilled, ambitious yet experienced Superintendent.Your scope of work will include, though not limited to: oversight of 60+ employees on a single job site; delivery of projects with value exceeding $10 million; managing internal and trade partner crews.
