Administrative Assistant
i n our Cincinnati, OH office. As an Administrative Assistant ,
you will be responsible for providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams and completing day-to-day administrative tasks. Additionally, this position will demonstrate proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates. This position will be expected to work within the team's monetary budget as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
Principal Responsibilities• Follow and promote IMEG standards• Assist assigned team and other teams as needed• Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters• Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines• Attend and actively contribute to group meetings• Contribute to the success of the organization by aiding in problem solving measures when working with the engineering team• Phone answering as needed• Arrange meetings/travel as needed for team/office• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed
Required Skills/Abilities• Ability to multi-task• Ability to work with staff of all levels• Strong communication and organizational skills• Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook• Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills• Self-motivated and flexible
Education and Experience• High School Diploma/GED required• Associate degree preferred• 2 years of experience minimum required, 3 preferred, in administration• Experience with engineering administration preferred

Physical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
