officeScopeThe Senior Land Planner 3 will lead the design efforts and act as the project manager on mostprojects, with minimal project management support from more senior staff. There will be aresponsibility for working closely with both internal team colleagues, as well as other IMEGland development professionals that are involved in the land development process for therespective project. Primary responsibilities will include plan design, plan processing and planimplementation through the project design process. In this position, the expectation is tomanage the project's budget to meet the project goals and client expectations. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
