Job Overview:
HoneyCar CVL seeks a motivated
General Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive dealership success. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, coach and manage staff, optimize processes, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, setting and tracking performance goals.Sales Strategy:
Develop strategies to boost sales and revenue, manage inventory, and implement competitive pricing.Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional service, handle escalated issues, and monitor customer satisfaction.Operations & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.Marketing & Business Development:
Collaborate on promotions and marketing efforts to increase traffic.Compliance & Training:
Ensure staff training, regulatory compliance, and CRM proficiency.Qualifications:
3-5 years of automotive sales management experience.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proficiency in CRM and dealership management software.Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.Compensation & Benefits:
