**Description:**

Eddy Visiting Nurse Association has an exciting opportunity for a Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Specialist, full-time!

The WOCN serves in a specialty/consult role and is not responsible to manage a caseload of home health patients.

Responsibilities include:

+ Referrals to consult with clinicians, patients/families and physicians targeting expertise for patients on service with the most complex needs

+ Assists in RN education (new hires and existing staff) regarding advanced wound care

Typical work schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm; flexible schedule options available!

Requirements:

+ NYS RN Licensure

+ CWOCN certification

Pay Range: $37.60 - $51.20

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
