provides services to people of all races, backgrounds and beliefs. We offer a variety of housing and social service programs to individuals, families and communities across ten counties in Southwest Florida. The Regional Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the organized and timely completion of all administrative duties at the EKG office, as well as ensuring that all region wide purchasing and invoicing are completed in a timely and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate person or give referral information.Maintain resource referral guide - confirm services 3 to 4 times a year.Assist with greeting clients.Provide administrative support to the Regional Director.Receive and Distribute Mail. Maintain Mailing machine and postage.Verify invoices and process check requests.Prepare and complete deposits (accounts receivable).Ensure the daily office operations at the EKG site (office supplies, pantry needs, kitchen and wellness).Actively participate in Advisory Board meetings by coordinating the meeting schedules, preparing the meeting agenda together with the Regional Director and recording minutes.Assist with special events and fundraisers as needed.Responsible for the Baby Room (including client enrollment and documentation in Client Track and preparing for client pick up.)Responsible for the annual toy drive at the EKG facility.Other duties as required.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and relative experience required.Must be bilingual, English/Spanish - 80% of calls and clients at office speak SpanishProficient with Microsoft Office programs.The ability to interact effectively with individuals and families that seek our agency services.The ability to effectively work in a team setting.Must be highly organized and demonstrate effective time management skills.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
