Overview
This position provides a wide range of executive and administrative support to Human Resources. The Administrative Assistant will support all daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities, including preparation of presentations and reports, arranging meetings, tracking expenses, and arranging travel, management of calendar, interfacing with internal and external calls and emails, and performing special projects as required.
Job
ResponsibilitiesSupport will include administrative tasks as creating letters, mail merges and filing.Arrange logistics for all meetings, seminars, retreats, and other meetings whether on or off-site.Recordkeeping - organize and maintain all files (both electronic and hard copy).Manage and order all supplies and materials.Serve as a point of contact.Maintain multiple calendars ensure timely and accurate data entry.Ensure meeting rooms are reserved, including virtual Zoom and Teams meetings.Maintain daily mail, sorting and processing of mail.Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business administration or communication is preferred.3-5 years experience of administrative assistant support.Proficiency in word processing, correspondence drafting, database management, Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use keyboard with speed and accuracy.Highly effective time management skillsAbility to work on short deadlinesMust be a practicing Catholic
