Purpose of Role: The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities for assigned customers to achieve sales growth targets, build strong customer relationships, and establish ESCO as a leader in the market. They will call on assigned accounts, as well as, search out greenfield business opportunities to sell and service all products in the ESCO portfolio through regularly scheduled on site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales Targets & Develop Strategies: Attain or exceed annual sales forecasts, develop new accounts, and maintain customer relationships to ensure ongoing, profitable sales growth. Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies, initiate new business, and work with various teams on product optimization, market campaigns, and order fulfillment.* Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in ESCO products and uphold company objectives and policies while contributing to product improvement and market strategies.* Customer Support: Provide professional customer service, address immediate issues, supervise repairs or maintenance, and manage vendor relationships as needed.* Maintain Documentation: Use the mining equipment database for tracking and analysis, interact with internal teams for repairs and quoting, and participate in product performance feedback and sales planning.* Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sales experience in a heavy construction or mining industry* Must be able to utilize an ERP system and Microsoft Office products. Experience with Oracle computer system is a plus.
