What's the position?
As part of the Omni channel team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to enable evidence-based decision-making within the Omni Team across verticals. This role requires the individual to have strong analytical and technical skills combined with an understanding of business processes and technologies.
The Senior Data Analyst will be accountable for the development of analytical strategy that leads to actionable insights to test and measure the impact of various marketing tactics. You will work collaboratively with Omni leaders and fellow analytics partners to make recommendations on priorities and help uncover potential areas of revenue opportunity and cost savings efficiency.
Responsibilities for the role:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to provide key insights that support data-driven decision-making.Design, build, and maintain reports, visualizations and dashboards.Monitor performance of current processes and identify areas of improvement.Develop, implement and maintain data models, data warehouses for business intelligence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Stay current with the latest trends and best practiceWhat are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of online real money gaming experience supporting Marketing and Omni functionsProficient in presenting complex analysis for business stakeholders in analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI)Possess strong Excel and competent SQL skills. Amplitude, Tableau and PowerBI experience a bonus. Demonstrated interest in or experience with or in Python, R or other analytical programming languagesBe comfortable writing code to source data, with the ability to manipulate it to focus in on what is most important, then create compelling visualizations and narrative to communicate your findingsExperience measuring incremental lift, big data, and performance KPI's with an emphasis on LTV in igaming category.Understanding of finance budgeting and planning processes.Motivated and intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and develop solutions to problemsComfortable managing senior stakeholder expectations and pushing back on requests which lack a clear thought process and business reasoningWhat's in it for you?
