Senior Accountant, Hybrid (90K-95K)

LHH is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position in Addison, TX with a Software Company. This company is expanding it's footprint in our area and looking for a candidate that is keen on career growth and upward mobility. This opportunity will also require the Senior Accountant to mentor and review the work of staff accountants.
The company offers great benefits and has a great culture. This company has a permanent hybrid work schedule and the position will pay a base of 90K-95K+10% Bonus.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and recording journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information and summarizing financial status
Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts
Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts
Financial statement preparation and P&L analysis
Train and mentor Staff Accountants
Perform variance analysis and present the finding to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
CPA Candidate is preferred but not required
3-5 years of experience
Full cycle accounting background
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups)

Pay Details:
$90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
