The E-commerce Merchandising Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and sales through strategic product merchandising and optimization of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to make informed decisions that drive revenue and improve the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies to promote product categories to drive sales and meet revenue targets.Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and enterprise merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive product launch and promotion strategy.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.Manage the online product catalog, including product setup, categorization, and visual merchandising, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.Monitor and optimize the website's navigation and search functionality to improve the ease of shopping and product discovery.Lead testing for product placement, search and browse, and promotional strategies to maximize conversion rates.Oversee the creation and maintenance of product descriptions, images, and other content, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and aligned with brand standards.Manage product availability on the website, coordinating with the enterprise merchandising team and branches to address any issues promptly.Stay updated with eCommerce trends and technologies to implement best practices and innovations that enhance the shopping experience.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO principles, and web analytics tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Benefits may include:
