The Portfolio Manager will drive property performance by maximizing occupancy, streamlining operations, and fostering exceptional owner and resident experiences.

Resident communications: main point of contact from start to finishAll aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolioMaintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rateGeneral supervision of all single-family assetsDelegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio ManagerWhat you get:

Base Salary _ $60,000 - $70,000/year depending on skills and experience20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs$6,000 Yearly Stipend for business expensesTotal Earning Potential: $75,000 - $86,500Comprehensive benefits include significant employer contributions to health insurance, financial wellness opportunities, an Employee Ownership program, and more!#ZR

Requirements

What you bring:

Kansas AND Missouri Real Estate License5+ years of property management experienceBasic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technologyHigh school diploma or equivalentHigh-functioning multi-taskingStrong communication skillsAbility to problem solveSystems-orientedStrong organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass background check"Nice-to-have" qualifications:

Bilingual - proficiency in SpanishExperience with AppfolioPrior Sales ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree
