to support our
Marketing Department .
*Candidate preferred location within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL.
Summary:
The Sr Program Manager assumes responsibility for driving strategy of the D&H business with various partner and channel communities. This individual will partner closely with various departments to deliver expectations/objectives and support as it relates to various programs within the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead for development of annual programs including providing feedback into product development and service offerings and participates in the development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of programs.Primary first level point of contact for day-to-day activities & supports team members as needed.Provide support to immediate leader various strategic projects/initiatives.Responsible for mentorship to assist with development of skill set/ alignment of best practices.Develop strong relationships with sales, marketing, vendor management, and vendors to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs.Provide primary support regarding budgets, investments, implementation, and reporting.Execute on event strategies within the various areas of responsibility, in partnership with immediate leader and those supporting departments.Provide support on various projects/initiatives, including campaigns, contributions to presentations, events/conferences, and social needs.Conduct marketing surveys on current and new concepts.Responsible for the development & maintenance of documentation that can be used for reference and/or onboarding.Identify new opportunities that can help D&H grow our partner base and exposure.Alignment with various D&H internal organizations to identify the partner and channel communities that align to our business objectives.Build strong relationships with the partner/channel community to ensure D&H is well represented across all forums from events; online; web/calls etc.Manage the process for contract and term negotiation.Ensure D&H level of participation and how communities align to our corporate priorities.Ensure that D&H's value proposition is consistently and clearly communicated.Responsible for being able to articulate program offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing.Responsible for staying up to date on market trends to drive topics for content strategies.Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance.Requires travel to events up to 25% of the time.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2-3 years of relevant experience considered.
• 5-10 years' experience in IT Distribution with a focus on marketing programs/events, etc.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Knowledge of CRM and Workfront are beneficial.
• Knowledge of IT distribution industry, vendors, reseller segments and markets.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Experience with customer and vendor interaction or working with clients.
• Ability to multitask, work within tight deadlines, manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
