is a construction project management agency firm that works with building owners and construction management partners to build amazing spaces that benefit the community. We are located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard with offices in New York City and Harrisburg, PA. We are expanding into Maryland and North Carolina. BFW is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Duties include:
Duties:Able to work with owners, design team, contractors, sub-contractors, on pre-development, design/development, and construction of various types of projectsAble to work with team to bid and de-scope contractsManage project owner/contractor meetings and be able to manage and negotiate conflictsManage contractors and sub-contractors in the fieldPerform field inspections and maintain quality controlReview Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals and establish project controls on projectsAble to track and verify costs on job sites. Able to manage voucher and change order processesAble to manage quality and hold contractors to schedule to meet substantial completion datesAble to successfully close out projects.Opportunity for promotion within a short time frame.
Qualifications/Benefits:
