Summary
The Safety Manager's role is to actively promote an injury-free culture and work with all levels within the company to provide safety excellence.
Salary: $81,994.00 - $94,000.00 Annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Policy development:
Create and enforce safety protocols. Safety Audits:
Complete regularly scheduled facility and internal process audits. Document and notify the team of corrections with specific timelines for corrections. Equipment Certification:
Ensure all employees operating equipment possess valid and up-to-date certification by industry standards. Promptly identify and rectify any instances of expired certifications. Retraining:
Asses the need for employee retraining based on audit or investigation findings. Coordinate and implement retraining programs to maintain high safety standards. Training:
Develop training and confirm that all employees are fully educated on safety practices and emergency procedures. Support Safety Committees:
Meet with Safety Committee monthly to address previous and current months safety items. Manage Accident Prevention Program Documents:
Annually audit APP and update Job Hazard Analysis as needed for equipment. Incident Investigation:
Analyze accidents to determine causes and implement preventative measures. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, WISHA/DOSH standards, and other regulations. Corporate Safety Initiatives:
Assist departments within the organization in developing and complying with safety initiatives. Contractor Safety Audit:
Conduct thorough audits of outside contractors' safety programs to ensure they align with the company's safety standards and regulations. Qualifications
