Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a VR/AR Technology Support & Technical Assistant. In this role, you'll work directly under the K-Learning Director, providing hands-on support for VR/AR systems and managing various technical and administrative tasks within our Workforce and Technology Department.
You will play a vital role in building computer hardware, guiding and testing VR/AR software, managing equipment, and offering support to users. Additionally, you'll help administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring seamless content management, development, and user support. This role also involves collaborating with our development team to test content, maintain technical documentation, and assist with logistical tasks such as equipment tracking, inventory management, and coordinating with the Kelly Companies' Accounting Team for some accounting functions. We're willing to train the right candidate on our proprietary systems and processes.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of VR/AR systems and solutions.Handle customer inquiries, provide guidance and troubleshooting VR/AR issues.Assist in the administration and support of our Learning Management Systems, managing online content, testing, and development.Prepare and manage spreadsheets and documents for review, track orders and deployments, and maintain records of hardware, software, and shipments.Coordinate purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and collaborate with the Accounting Team on financial tracking and documentation.Update and develop technical documentation as needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone, with a calm and positive demeanor to effectively engage with team members and users.Strong willingness to learn innovative technologies and systems, with a focus on VR/AR and LMS platforms.Superior Organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with content management and eLearning environments is a plus.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong problem-solving abilities: willing to advocate for users and troubleshoot Issues with a detective mindset.Technologically Inclined, though a traditional IT background is not required.Flexibility to travel as needed to support customers and projects.May need to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.
