Phoenix, AZ - 85008
. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
$72,769 to $80,410+ (depending on experience)
Shift
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
On-call rotation (usually a call, in person for critical emergency)
Qualifications
Required:
License: LAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Behavioral Health experience (inpatient or residential; mentally ill, psych, mental health, etc.).
Substance Abuse experience (inpatient or residential).
Crisis experience (inpatient or residential).
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or similar.
Arizona Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Preferred:
Title 36 experience.
Experience with direct reports.
Flexibility with crisis situations.
Ideal Candidate:
Ability to stay composed in high-pressure and intense situations.
Passionate about helping people with substance abuse and behavioral health issues.
Able to lead a varied group of employees.

Job Summary
The Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the clinical team by providing hands-on training and guidance to new employees, adapting to the varying pace of daily operations, which may include crisis situations or slower periods. This position requires a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, capable of delivering clinical supervision and training to licensed staff. Responsibilities include conducting scheduled clinical staffings, providing unscheduled consultations, reviewing Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as state and federal regulations. The Clinical Manager collaborates with the Clinical Director to develop training programs aimed at enhancing clinical competencies and service delivery, all while addressing the needs of patients and the community effectively.
