POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Coordinator will work independently while collaborating with various Directors to cover Maintenance, Environmental and Procurement from an Administrative standpoint.
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
SUPERVISES: N/A
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Environmental CoordinatorPerform audits to assure complianceComprehension of all regulatory policies, processes, and permitsAir & Waste SamplingWeekly/monthly PM's (spill kits, eyewash stations, storm water inspections, etc.)Conduct training for those responsible for Spills, SWPPP, SPCC plansMaintenance CoordinatorProcess routine and corrective maintenance work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.Coordinator the preventative maintenance schedule with the teamData entry into the CMMS for new and existing equipment and parts. Generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans. Complete cycle counts, restock inventory and set / adjust reorder points.Coordinate job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to the maintenance team.Conduct training and information sessions on the CMMS program for maintenance team members.Procurement CoordinatorData entry, daily upkeep, and reporting within Procurement software.Collect and process all purchasing requests.Build working relationships with vendors.Oversight and consolidation of standard items to reduce duplication.Analyze purchases for efficiency and cost-effective measures.Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)3 - 5 years relevant administrative work experience with customers, vendors and auditorsPrevious CMM/MRP system experience preferredTechnicial / Mechanical understandingCOMPETENCIES:
Must have a valid driver's licenseSelf-starter that takes initiative with a high attention to detailAbility to work well with othersStrong interpersonal, communication and organization skillsAbility to multitask and adhere to deadlinesRegular and timely attendance are an expectation of the positionFollow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processesPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
