Position Summary:
The Brand and Product Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic planning and development of integrated marketing campaigns to achieve sourcing, revenue, and brand awareness goals. Builds the roadmap to launch new ships, destinations, and guest experiences into the marketplace to ensure our vacations are strongly differentiated against competitor brands. Manages and provides direction to project leads/account executives to ensure key campaign milestones and KPIs are being achieved, and that go-to-market tactics are being evaluated for effectiveness, adaptability, and inventiveness. Researches, explores, and evolves product launch efforts into new strategies and tactics beyond the expected. Documents and communicates product launch results and status to supervisor, channels, and partner teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with product development and programmatic departments to understand marketable opportunities and devise a strategic cross-channel, multi-market plan for campaigns to achieve business goalsDevise timing and approach for campaign development and guide the project leads/account executives to ensure timely delivery for multiple initiativesClearly outline campaign goals, set measurable KPIs, and analyze effectiveness of campaign in marketAnalyze and forecast current market challenges, provide competitive analysis, and put forth innovative marketing solutionsContinually call upon product knowledge to ascertain the cause-and-effect of interdependent products and how other campaign strategies may need to be adjusted in light of new tacticsPossess highly collaborative, people-focused personality to ensure strong relationships with team and channel leaders, and higher investment by channel teams to achieve shared goalsCollaborate with product development teams, early in the development process, to ensure advocacy for marketable features in new, developing productsExplore and evolve new product launch strategies to bring higher engagement from expanding and new audiencesProvide regular product updates to North America and International marketsProvide weekly reporting and status updates to supervisorPerforms other duties as required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field experience.6+ years experience in advertising, marketing, or creative teamExperience giving direction, coordinating workflow, and driving key decisions between Go To Market team members, internal stakeholders, channel owners, and creative agencies.Experience launching new and revamped consumer products into the marketplace.Adept at documenting and accurately conveying feedback between creative groups.Well versed in channels including web, digital media, social, out of home, email, and print.Strong critical decision-making and excellent communication skills.Strong understanding of consumer and brand research.Cross-functional leadership expertise in a fast-paced and complex environment.Self-starter with ability to maintain poise when dealing with ambiguity.Demonstrated ability to proactively improve processes and procedures.Experience creating and managing timelines in project management software.Expertise in developing cohesive, engaging, concise, fact-based presentations.Highly organized, deadline driven and detail oriented.Experience with print/digital/CGI assets.
