Take charge of managing and maintaining our campus, playing a pivotal role within our Corporate-wide team dedicated to the reliability and availability of data and communication infrastructure. As the primary IT support contact for the campus, you will deliver a high level of customer service and onboarding support to all staff and students.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDCompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent experience1+ years working in a MS Windows® Desktop OS environment, installing and configuring Microsoft Windows on workstations and laptops.Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skillsModerate Windows® Server experienceActive Directory Administration and Windows® Server AdministrationKnowledge of HP server workstations and laptop hardwareKnowledge of DELL workstations and laptopsResponsibilities
Install applications (for example Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat)Configure email client software to access email servers and servicesPerform desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshootingConfigure hardware and driversTroubleshoot both wired and wireless network connectivity problems and provide remote hands-on support to Network EngineersCreate trouble system tickets and responds to issues (e.g., Jira Service Desk)Assist in the technical training and the onboarding process for Lincoln Tech Students and StaffOther projects as assigned by Corporate IT and local campus managersFull-Time Benefits
