Summary:

The Wellness Coordinator promotes a culture of wellness in the workplace through programming that engages associates using a holistic model including the areas of physical, emotional, and overall healthy living. The Wellness Coordinator will serve as a health and well-being partner who designs and implements wellness programs and drives innovative ideas to ensure a long-lasting commitment to wellness.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all W.O.W. Factor activities including invoicing, tracking participation and incentives, and scheduling instructors and guest speakers.Promote the current Rosen Medical Center wellness programs, research and make recommendations for other innovative corporate programs.Recommend, plan, and implement new wellness initiatives.Serve as the point of contact and promote the company's wellness incentive program to associates.Attend all wellness-related events including those on weeknights and weekends.Plan and execute health-related property events to include weekly fitness classes, engagement activities, seminars, and presentations.Partner with the Events & Engagement Team on booking locations.Serve as the leader of the Wellness Initiative Network scheduling and leading meetings and programming.Foster open lines of communication with all associate populations through focus groups, surveys, one-on-one meetings, and evaluating data gathered to improve practices.Produce materials to include handouts, presentations, newsletters, and articles.Present wellness information to all new associates during new-hire orientation and follow up as necessary.Maintain various types of participation reports for all wellness programming and provide data to measure engagement.Develop partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization to inspire and motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle by promoting programs and leading by example.Assist with all Human Resources events and projects as assigned.Experience/Qualifications:

2 years related experience and/or training.Experience administering, planning, and leading wellness programs and events in a corporate environment.Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequentlyMust be able to legally work in the USA.Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the jobCertification in group fitness instruction or personal trainingOther information:
