Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.4 to 6 years' experience working in technology with focus on ETL and data analysis.Should be able to write simple SQL to query the data.Understanding of the design, development, and implementation of software solution.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI.Working knowledge of importing data for use in report software or analytical tool.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills & Experience

Product knowledge in some or all the following areas (loans & leases, deposits, derivatives, securities, equity, capital etc.)Basic knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting: Federal Reserve, OCC, SEC, etc.Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities.What You Will Be Doing

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Conduct data analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements.Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues.Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.Adhere to data governance standards and procedures.Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data.Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility.Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.
