How you'll shape the future of the Corporate Human Resources Dept:Provide HR generalist support for sales, marketing, R&D, and staff groups located in all locations, in support of business objectives. Provide assistance with HR generalist support for the global HR function, as necessary. Direct the application of all HR and administration policies to ensure regulatory compliance.Act as the HR Business Partner supporting the outsourced recruiting process.Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations, such as ADA, FMLA and EEO. Assist with the development of diversity programs as necessary.Conduct investigations on complaints of discrimination, harassment, etc.Provide HR advice and support to respective department heads with regards to both tactical and strategic HR issues to ensure optimal performance of their teams.Manage, update and publicize corporate policies and practices.Partner with Talent Management, implement the Coaching model and principles supporting organizational effectiveness. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance as well as training and development issues. Identify solutions to specific development needs.Develop a field personnel support model working with Directors, HR Canada, US, France.Additional duties as assigned.You'll be someone who can bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist within an international corporation. Proven track record in a broad HR function at the professional level.Extensive experience in Labor Relations, to include experience administering and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with labor unions.Extensive knowledge of state and federal human resources law, compensation and benefits administration, and general knowledge of HRIS. Requires excellent employee relations skills, coaching skills and certifications, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and administration.Bilingual French desirable.Why you'll love working for RYAM:
