Description

The Graphic Designer reports to the National Creative Director and is responsible for enhancing the Parkway brand as well as the Parkway portfolio brands. This individual will collaborate with the marketing + creative team to create compelling graphic design materials that support business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Focus Areas of Responsibility

Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Design and create a variety of graphic assets, including:Brand collateral (logos, business cards, stationery)Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)Digital assets (website development, social media graphics, email templates)Print materials (annual reports, advertisements)Environmental graphics (signage, murals)Collaborate with corporate and property teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.Track and analyze the performance of graphic design elements to inform future creative decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's creative output remains innovative.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in graphic designStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Experience with Sharepoint, Figma, Webflow, or other relevant design toolsPortfolio demonstrating strong design skills and ability to adapt to different styles and industriesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAdditional SkillsAbility to maintain all information with the highest degree of confidentialityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentExceptional follow-through skillsProactive problem-solving abilitiesPassion for strategic brand marketingExceptional communication skillsFiscally responsible and uses reasoned judgmentAbility to plan and think "outside of the box"Ability to receive feedback and criticism genuinely and with respect
