Kforces Seattle healthcare client is looking for a Contract Sr Project Manager for a 12-month 100% remote opportunity, working PST hours for a Commercial Provider Directory software implementation. Specific experience implementing an enterprise vendor software application and working with a complex multi-hospital organization, and with physician leadership and physicians is required.
Responsibilities: Communicate with project stakeholders and providing weekly status reports Complete project documentation including Project Charter, project budget reports, Lessons Learned, Phase Gate reviews Identify and document of project risks and issues with action plans for resolution Create and manage of project schedules including baselines, milestones, and phase gates Work with assigned resources and their resource managers to clearly identify assignments, timeframes, level of and effort, and deliverables. Ensure appropriate Organizational Change Management is in place for all impacted stakeholders Control project scope, analyze and gain approvals for project changes to scope, schedule, and/or cost
Required Skills : The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Project Management experience in the healthcare industry with the following expertise: 1) Physician data and integration projects 2) Commercial Provider Directory software solutions 3) Experience managing complex projects involving physician leaders and physicians? 4) Leading implementation of enterprise vendor applications within an academic medical center 5) Experience specifically with Commercial Provider Directory software Kyruus Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Rank :B3 Requested Date :2023-02-23
