Kforce Healthcare client is looking for a 100% Remote Sr PACS Technology Project Manager for a 12-month project to lead the entire implementation of their Radiology Next Gen PACS project. The contract has been signed with the vendor and over 20 workstreams have already been determined. This organization uses very formal PMI processes, so a PMP and/or very strong structured PM. processes critical. This individual will need experience managing complex Radiology projects/programs, be familiar with Radiology lingo, and will collaborate frequently with Radiologists, Executive leadership and large-scale enterprise programs.
Tools/Methodologies:
Experience in a waterfall methodology setting with a big bang go live.
Experience with MS Project Online Responsibilities: Complete project documentation including Project Charter, project budget reports, Lessons Learned, Phase Gate reviews. Communicate with project stakeholders and providing weekly status reports. Identify and document of project risks and issues with action plans for resolution. Create and manage of project schedules including baselines, milestones, and phase gates. Work with assigned resources and their resource managers to clearly identify assignments, timeframes, level of and effort, and deliverables. Ensure appropriate Organizational Change Management is in place for all impacted stakeholders. Control project scope, analyze and gain approvals for project changes to scope, schedule, and/or cost.
Required Skills : REQUIRED SKILLS: 1) Experience in a Senior Project Manager role with 10 years of LARGE, ENTERPRISE projects and/or managing MULTIPLE projects at the same time in a Healthcare (Provider) environment 2) Expert level in PMI Methodology or PMP certification and experience in very structured organizations using standard PMI methodology 3) Specific experience in a large enterprise project migrating from a legacy Radiology/PACS system to a new Imaging/Radiology/PACS vendor product in multiple locations, sites and remediate in a waterfall, big bang approach 4) Strong Experience working with a healthcare vendor to deliver a new implementation 5) Experience working with a large challenging physician population 6) Strong Change management experience for physician and clinical areas 7) Must pass a 7 year criminal background check 8) Must have your own home laptop/PC equipment which will be used to ?virtual desktop in?
