Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of progressively responsible design experience in:Creating marketing/advertising campaigns - from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budgetCreating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and printDeveloping successful conceptsWorking with Adobe Creative Suite programsDigital asset management softwareQualifications/Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of paper, inks, prepress processes, and print production (monotone to four-color printing, spot colors, coatings, etc.), as well as digital mediums (websites, applications, emails) and their specific requirements (RGB vs. CMYK, resolution, aspect ratios).Lead content strategy, combining brand design, copy, art, and digital technology for project execution.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft products, and other design tools across both Mac and Windows environments.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and vendors.Expertise in creative typography, corporate branding, and applying visual standards.Develop creative marketing strategies across business units, ensuring clear, motivating visuals that align with objectives and brand identity.Supervise graphic designers, manage resources, prioritize work, and review/approve deliverables to meet marketing goals.Conduct brainstorming sessions, develop actionable initiatives, and oversee the final presentation of design concepts for both print and digital formats.Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree with experience in:
Leading designers or studentsA background as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artistStrong project management skills with a focus on creative directionProduce video content, including storyboarding, preproduction, filming, editing, and postproduction.
