Cerity Partners is seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our tax team as a Tax Administrator intern. This is a paid internship program (25-30 hours per week January-Mid April) and is designed to provide college students an opportunity to enhance their formal education with a hands-on, career-related experience. This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation processUtilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management), Engagement Manager (Document Storage), and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client dataAssist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverablesOther duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax AdministratorsIdeal Candidate Profile:

Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPAMajoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degreeBe proficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsActively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experienceIdentify with Cerity Partner's mission and demonstrate our core valuesDependable - Timely with solid follow-throughTech savvy - Ability to quickly learn to navigate various software applicationsOrganized - Proficient at compiling data into a presentable orderly deliverableAccurate - Demonstrates close attention to detailPositive attitude and professional appearanceStrong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityCompany Overview:
